  Abstract:  S’appuyant sur A History of the World in 10 ½ Chapters de Julian Barnes, mon travail porte sur la manière dans laquelle le discours de la fiction est éminemment apte à révéler la relation réciproque entre "les productions" contemporaines de l’historicité et de la spatialité. Dans le roman de Barnes, les représentations spatiales fonctionnent comme figures de la subversion par leur contextualisation socioculturelle et temporelle. La multiple réflexivité du texte se transforme en une critique du sujet traditionnel, qui, par la production des histoires et l’appropriation de l’espace, efface son altérité radicale.
