Abstract:
Not like the others. A portrait of Italians and Colonies in the comics (1946-2013). This article try to show how Italian looks at their colonial past after World War II, and how they represents it in comics. The first part is about Natives and their image in Italy during the colonial period ; after that, we try to explain why Italians consideres themselves as « differents » and « goods » settlers. Comics are an excellent way to show this peculiar image about colonialism in Italy. Key Words: identity, colonial, image, native, comics
