  Abstract:  Înainte de a discuta pe marginea acestei cărţi, se cuvine să facem o remarcă importantă, şi anume că «la langue corse» este prezentă destul de rar în paginile studiilor de romanistică apărute la noi, dar nu numai. Credem că, într-o mare măsură, acest lucru se datorează faptului că un număr mare de lingvişti consideră această limbă un dialect al limbii italiene, şi nu o limbă de sine stătătoare.
