Le présent numéro thématique de la revue Studia Universitatis Babeş-Bolyai, série Philologia, intitulé Études sur les langues romanes d’hier et d’aujourd’hui et édité par nos soins, fait partie d’un projet initié il y a quelques années, dans le cadre du Centre de linguistique romane et l’analyse du discours (CLARD). Ce projet, déroulé depuis deux décennies dans les locaux de la Faculté des Lettres de l’Université Babeş-Bolyai de Cluj-Napoca, a pour but déclaré de partager avec les communautés scientifiques nationale et internationale les résultats des recherches appliquées aux différentes langues romanes. Il ambitionne aussi de réaliser un dialogue constructif et durable avec les enseignants-chercheurs préoccupés d’aspects similaires.
