  Abstract:  Polemic Dialogue of Psaltir of A.K. Tolstoy With A.S. Pushkin’s Lyre: Traditions and Innovation. The article is devoted to the problem of aesthetic viewpoint of A.K. Tolstoy and to the question of Tolstoy’s attitude to the poetry of A.S. Pushkin. The author of the article considers that, on the one hand, A.K. Tolstoy follows Pushkin’s traditions, but on the other hand, he creates his individual complex of poetical motives in Christian traditions.
