  Abstract:  The paper aims at emphasizing the importance of creativity in the process of change that takes place in an organization. In the actual economical context strategies for increasing creativity are vital for the progress of an organization as well as for the implementation of change in the culture and in the characteristics that are specific to a company. Employees need to be trained in this direction and their creative skills should constitute a criterion for selection as well as for evaluation.
