  Abstract:  Considerations Regarding Career and its Stages One of the basic issue for an efficient organization is the career management for the employees; this orientation for the employees offers on one hand a way for guiding people to the necessaries areas and on the other for developing their abilities in order to obtain succesfull performance for their tasks. An employee career is a group of on-going and evolving work activities and positions within an organization that a human can reach, so the attitudes, knowledge, abilities and competences developed in time. As long as an employee work experience increases, his development could be seen as a group of stages which finally determine his growth or decline.
