  Abstract:

The present study assesses aspects of quality in higher education programmes in Romania. The goal was to establish the level of satisfaction of master students in relation to the educational process they are involved in. Through data analysis statistical methods we were able to put into light a significantly high level of satisfaction of the surveyed master students. When looking after the factors that led to this result, the majority of the sample brought forward the practical contents of the courses. When asked to present the positive aspects of the programme, almost all the respondents appreciated that real case studies where brought in discussion. The study also presents the negative aspects encountered. Moreover, we have been able to create clusters of aspects that influence the students’ opinion in this respect.
