  Abstract:  Legal Regulations in the Field of Electronic Businesses in Romania. The creation and development of the Internet had as direct result the creation and development of the electronic businesses all over the world. With the creation of the concept of electronic business, the first signs of electronic criminality have also appeared, that required the preparation and adoption of an adequate legal framework worldwide and in Romania, as well. In this context, this column comments the existing legal regulations in force in Romania in the field of electronic businesses.
