	Abstract: This essay trys to present, from G.N.Leon perspective, the liberal economy versus dirijism. A national economy can not develop naturally, it must have certain cordinates, certain guidelines which give to any national economy its own sense and a high degree of originality. It still remains an unanswered question: what is the best way to follow (liberalism or dirijism) in order to realise a higher level of welfare for all the society?
