  Abstract:  This essay attempts to explore the way in which the EU’s Common Agricultural Policy can be modeled by an integrative two-level game. The focus will be on the explanatory power of the interplay between intergovernmental bargaining and the constitutive domestic interests as a means of reconciling the two levels in respect to the CAP reform and in the particular case of the so-called stabilizers reform
