  Abstract:  1.Aliante strategice si globalizarea afacerilorEtapa de dezvoltare pe care economia mondiala o parcurge in prezent se caracterizeaza printr-o puternica internationalizare si concentrare a activitatilor.Decizia unei organizatii de a patrunde pe o piata externa trebuie precedata de analiza urmatorelor aspecte:•Marimea efortului necesar;•Gradul de risc generat de intrarea pe piata respectiva;•Posibilitatea exercitarii unui control direct asupra investitiei facute;•Profitul ce se poate obtine;In functie de valoarea parametrilor ce caracterizeaza aceste aspecte s-au identificat urmatoarele strategii de internationalizare:•Export indirect;•Export direct;•Licentiere;•Crearea unor societati mixte;•Investitii directe.
