Abstract:  Globalization is a reality that force the entire world to accustom with it: states, companies, employees, individuals. It interferes in every possible domain of economy: competition, organization, way of thinking, analyzing information and approaches. In the context of globalization, our society is a complete system, shaped by the interaction between natural or artificial elements. Whereas society is the system, the company is a sub-system of it, based on the same principle: living in society is an advantage for all because shareholders, clients, customers, associates, partners, employees, society, generally, are associated in a global and homogenous entity where all private interests are united. At the same time, there are thousands of causes and factors leading to difficulties, threats, chronic poverty, accidents, disasters, diseases and illegal practices, ruining the global image of perfect society and multinational company. In consequence, supporting the developing countries to maintain a reasonable standard of living, the largest companies, should take social, managerial, economic and environmental challenges, seeking the private interest associated to the general will and the courage to compete.
