	Abstract: This paper presents an actual dilemma between economists: does the strategically planning a real importance for the business environment? The specialists have different opinions, but generally, they all are agreeing with the necessity of the future strategy development. In consequence, new enterprises implementing new strategies will dominate the new business environment. This will lead us to a new economy: a global economy, an economy based on the knowledge and on the Internet and IT support.
