  Abstract:  Strategic Planning in International Marketing II. The paper presents the steps for strategy planning in the international environment. The article is divided in two parts – the first including an external and internal environment analysis, a SWOT analysis and a target market evaluation and selection and the second part is allocated for choosing strategic alternatives, different kinds of strategic plans in international marketing, organizing and controlling international marketing activities and finally the conclusions.
