	Abstract: The management is like fashion. In the last 20 years, the management suffered some changes and now we can observe three main features: internationalization, technology, and changing management. One of the best management way is Japanese management and many economists tried to find the secret of the Japanese miracle. Anyway, Japan si not an alien field, but they worked very hard after the War and now are one of the most powerful countries in the world.
