Abstract:  The idea of creating a company and even its creation in itself is really easy. The hard part is finding and using those methods to maintain and boost the company on the market. A condition for a company to exist—economically speaking— is the need to be efficient, so efficiency is the result gained by comparing the output and input for a certain purpose. The evaluation of output-input is done with the help of some indicators. Tourism activities have some characteristics that affect the economic and financial analyses: • Tourism activity is very complex • Tourism depends on many factors: the degree of development, the rate of the medium income growth per capita in a country, leisure time, weather, geographic environment, methods of marketing and management used. • Tourism activities depend on weather, time and geographic environment which give it a periodical aspect. These conditions force the use of some indicators used only in tourism activities.
