  Abstract:  Present paper examine here a the design of a information system similar to a management information system (MIS) which is very efficient for managers in taking the best decisions in a short time. The MIS design is also an important management tehnique which produces routine reports and often allows on-line access to current and historical informations needed by managers mainly at the middle and first line levels. MIS is also oriented principally to tactical and operational issues and is particularly important in planning, decision making and controlling. MIS shows the managers and supervisors on the screen table a sintetical view of the main firm`s activities, exception reports by colecting the informations from transactions processing system.
