  Abstract:  Die grundsätzliche Aufgabenstellung und die Voraussetzungen zu ihrer Erfüllung ist für die Bauunternehmen immer aus technischer und kaufmännischer Sicht sorgfältig zu prüfen und abzuwägen. Zur Verwirklichung eines Bauobjecktes im Sinne der Aufgaben stellung gehört die Ausstattung mit Kapital und Sicherheiten, ebenso mit Fachpersonal, Geräten und Betriebseinrichtungen. Eigenverantwortung und innere Überzeugung die Aufgabenstellung erfüllen zu wollen, muß Maxime des Aufragnehmers sein.
