	Abstract: In this paper, we introduce two general double sequence spaces X ²_M(p) and λ²_M(p)using Orlicz functions. We establish some inclusion relations, topological results and we characterize the duals of these double sequence spaces. Mathematics Subject Classification (2010): 40A05, 40C05, 40D05.
