In this paper we present an alternative proof of a result concerning norm preserving extension of convex Lipschitz functions due to Ştefan Cobzaş and Costică Mustăţa (see Norm preserving extension of convex Lipschitz functions, Journal of Approximation Theory,24(3)(1987),236-244). Our proof is based on the Choquet Topological lemma, (see J.L.Doob, Classical potential theory and its probabilistic counterpart, Springer Verlag 2001).
