  Abstract:  Tradition gâchée: les régimes matrimoniaux de l’ancien code civil. Bref. Avant d’observer les régimes matrimoniaux mis en œuvre par le nouveau code civil roumain de 2009, il convient de jeter un regard sur le mécanisme légal existant en la matière dans l’ancien code civil de 1865, tout en ignorant les dispositions du code de la famille de 1954 mises à l’écart, elles aussi, par la nouvelle loi civile de 2009. Du coup, nous analyserons dans cette étude l’incapacité civile de la femme mariée (1), le régime séparatiste légal (2), la dot en régime conventionnel (3) et la société d’acquêts (4), en parachevant notre recherche avec une halte finale au régime des libéralités compatibles avec la dot (5).
