  Abstract:  Short considerations regarding the objection of illegality with respect to the new Code of Civil Procedure and the law for the enforcement regarding the new Code. The present study aims to analyze the impact of the possible coming into force of the new Code of Civil Procedure and of the law of the enforcement regarding this new Code of Civil Procedure, with respect to the institution of administrative dispute, focusing on the objection of illegality. Following a review of the previous approaches of the objection of illelgality in the Romanian regulation, the study shall highlight the upcoming changes, in the light of present doctrinal and jurisprudential controverses. Also, it shall present possible arguments in both directions as related to the compatibility of the changes with respect to the designated legal framework by entering into force of the above-mentioned laws.
