  Abstract:  Par l’adoption du Code civil de 2002 dans la République de Moldavie, les dispositions de droit international privé ont été systématisées (codifiées) dans un compartiment séparé, en constituant le dernier livre du Code – Le Ve Livre (intitulé: Droit international privé). Les normes conflictuelles du Code civil, analysées d’une manière cumulative avec les dispositions du droit international privé du Code de la Famille de l’année 2000 et celles du Code de procédure civile de l’année 2003, forment à présent un corpus législatif sans précédent pour le droit international privée moldave. Dans ce contexte, la codification en Moldavie des normes de droit international privé dans une source législative unique et spécialisée n’est plus réclamée avec la même urgence.
