  Abstract:  Le système roumain de publicité immobilière a connu une tumultueuse évolution les dernières années. Ainsi, la Loi no 7 du 1996 a marqué le point de départ des modifications en cascade concernant le régime du livre foncier. L’intervention la plus récente du législateur s’est concrétisée dans la Loi no 247 du 2005. La présente étude s’intéresse essentiellement aux conséquences de cette dernière modification législative sur la notion de bonne foi et aussi sur les actions dites « de livre foncier ». Cette évolution est analysée compte tenamt le rapport existant entre les deux éléments visés ci-dessus.
