  Abstract:  Prin sentinţa penală nr. 302 din 11 octombrie 2000, Tribunalul Prahova a condamnat coinculpaţii, între altele, şi pentru săvârşirea infracţiunii de furt calificat care a produs consecinţe deosebit de grave, prevăzute de art. 208 alin. 1 – art. 209 alin. 1. lit. a, g, i şi alin. ultim cu aplicarea art. 41 alin. 2 C. pen. la pedeapsa de 11 ani închisoare şi 5 ani interzicerea drepturilor prevăzute de art. 64 lit. a, b şi e C. pen.
