  Abstract:  Domnul profesor Tudor Drăganu, devenit el însuşi o instituţie a dreptului, şi-a dăltuit semnul său distinctiv în ambianţa doctrinei juridice româneşti printr-o operă care înmănunchează exemplar toate valorile substanţiale ale unei adevărate doctrine, şi care se sprijină pe ea însăşi. O doctrină împărtăşită cu generozitate şi inegalabilă sau poate revoltătoare modestie, specifică însă numai acelor oameni care, deşi nu râvnesc la recunoaştere, admiraţie şi respect, toate acestea li se arată pretutindeni şi totdeauna, pentru că pur şi simplu li se cuvin, ca fapte naturale, ca dovezi de luciditate şi de bun simţ.
