  Abstract:  Prin sentinţa civilă nr. 4123/26 mai 2000 a Judecătoriei Cluj Napoca, pronunţată în dosarul nr.12789/1999, a fost admisă acţiunea civilă exercitată de reclamanta P.N. împotriva pârâţilor P.D.şi soţia acestuia P.E., dispunându-se evacuarea necondiţionată a pârâţilor din ap. 21 situat pe str. Mehedinţi nr. 21 Cluj Napoca, cu nr.top. 23464/S/XXI, înscris în CF ind.nr. 79912 Cluj Napoca, fiind obligaţi pârâţii sã-i plătească reclamantei 78.000 lei cheltuieli de judecată, constatându-se că reclamanta a renunţat la judecarea petitului privind constatarea nulităţii absolute a contractului de vânzare cumpărare al pârâţilor, formulat şi faţă de pârâţii P.I.şi H.A.
