  Abstract:  Prin sentinţa penală nr. 457 din 6 martie 1997, Judecătoria Cluj-Napoca, în temeiul art. 25 C. pen. raportat la art. 1 lit. p din Legea 12/1990 şi art. 297 C. pen. cu aplicarea art. 13 C. pen. a dispus condamnarea inculpatei G E la pedeapsa de 2 ani închisoare pentru săvârşirea infracţiunii de instigare la substituire de mărfuri. În temeiul art. 40 din legea 82/1991 raportat la art. 289 C. pen. a dispus condamnarea inculpatei la pedeapsa de 2 ani şi 6 luni închisoare pentru săvârşirea infracţiunii de fals intelectual.
