	Abstract: In this paper we are focusing on the problem of program restructuring, an important process in software evolution. We aim at introducing a partitional clustering algorithm that can be used for improving software systems design. The proposed algorithm improve several clustering algorithms previously developed in order to recondition the class structure of a software system. We experimentally validate our approach and we provide a comparison with existing similar approaches. Key words and phrases. Software design, Refactoring, Clustering.
