Abstract:  The recent paper dedicated to the ‘Dark Age of Dacia’ is the result of the doctoral work that the author took under the scientific coordination of Prof. dr. Ioan Glodariu at the Babeş-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca. Already by its subject the PhD paper, and particularly the published version, is a welcome contribution to the historiography of the Late Iron Age in Romania. Although it primarily addresses scientific researchers, of the Late Iron Age and in general, the construction of the text recommends it as an accessible lecture for a larger audience as well.
