  Abstract:  Crisul Negru Gorge - Geomorphological Aspects with Implications in Space Management. The paper deals with some aspects related to a geographical area which recorded a strong regress from many points of view during the last decades although it has some advantages which could determine a positive evolution of the area in the case of an optimal potential valorification of its ressources. The study focuses over the evaluation of the housing potential, the identification of the areas with geomorphological risk, both elements being represented on the map of potential management of the area. Taking into account the necessity of the area revigoration, some measures are be proposed, such as touristic management, environmental rehabilitation, infrastructure optimization etc.
