	Abstract: We have conducted a questionnaire-based study among the students of the Faculty of European Studies in order to determine their level of knowledge on multimedia technologies. We have also been interested in finding out the most accepted media, with the aim of proposing the staff of the Faculty of European Studies new methods for elaborating computer-mediated teaching material (courseware). This article presents the methodology of the study, the results and our conclusions.
