Abstract:  Borşa is a region where the emigration to Italy registers high numbers. The emigration of the Borşa population is a transnational one, which is an emigration that moves back and forth between the country of origins and the country of destination. In this context, the emigrants send the money earned back to the country of origins. This money is used according to the structural resources that exist at local level, contributing itself to the local economic and social development.
