  Abstract:  The paper presents the I.T. applications in the field of Human Resources Management and the impact of the changes due to the Internet. So we will present the major activities in which it would be necessary to improve and change the routine like: Recruting Agencies, employment on the Internet, Research Institutes, virtual HRM newsletter, support and consulting services. In the second part we focus on software products for Personnel Administration, Data Bases and for Internet testing and training. The final part presents future trends in HR and news concepts for work and lifestyle, such as teleworking/telecommuting.
