A apărut numărul 1 (7) din 2010 al Revistei române de istorie a presei (212 pagini; redactor-şef Marian Petcu, secretar general de redacţie Aurelia Lăpuşan, responsabil de număr Ilie Rad).

           În prima secţiune – Studii şi eseuri – sunt publicate nouă ample abordări ştiinţifice: Precursorii presei româneşti, cel mai amplu studiu scris la noi despre acest subiect, în care sunt discutate toate încercările de a tipări publicaţii în limba română: Ioan Molnar Piuariu (1789); Courrier de Molodavie (1790); Paul Iorgovici (1793); Petru Barth (1795); Alexie Lazaru (1814); Teodor Racoce şi Crestomaticul românesc (1820); Zaharia Carcalechi şi “Biblioteca românească” (1921); Fama Lipschii pentru Daţia (1827).
