  Abstract:  La langue roumaine entre la liberté et la contrainte. Cet article se propose à présenter quelques implications du projet de la loi concernant “l’utilisation de la langue roumaine dans les lieux, les relations et les institutions publiques” et en même temps à révéler quelques arguments d’ordre linguistique contre n’importe quelle intervention exterieure dans le mecanisme intrinseque de la dinamicité de la langue.
