Management methods applied in sports. The management of the current sportive structures can not be conceived without using specific methods and techniques. These techniques allow an efficient cognition and application of the economical laws as well as an efficient use of human resources, stimulating the creativity of the employees and the managers, optimizing the decisional process and all management functions, integration of the technical, economical and human dimensions of the sportive structures.
