When mentioning sports competition we mainly think of “main actors”: sportsmen, achievements, qualifying, performance. Nonetheless, behind sportsmen are found trainers, training programmes, and not least, the management activity ensuring how a sports event is organised, coordinated and developed. The main feature of sports is competition. Competition highlights what has been accumulated in trainings and constitutes the main motivation and self-surpassing element.
