  Abstract:  The Responsability of the Institutor’s for the Prejudices Caused by Student who are Under Their Supervision in the System of the Judicial Responsibility. The judicial responsability is considered to be the key of the whole social responsability and it constitutes the frame of achievement of the state’s constraint by the application of the judicial punishements with a view to the assurence of the loyal system. This work proposes to debate the problem of the institutor’s responsibility (teachers, pedagogs) for different prejudices caused by their students, as well as of the parents who are responsable for the education given to their children and for the obligation of supervision.
