  Abstract:  The Relation Between The Contrast Components And Psychomotricity. The relation between us and the others. In this article we want to describe the relation between psychomotricity and the contrast components. (one of the components of psychomotricity). In the relation notion between us and the others we can underline the relation: teacher- student, the relation between students, the contrast between relational level and the relation inside of the group. The second parts contents some exercises which can help the students to conscientes all the relation and finally to increase the instruction - educational process.
