  Abstract:  Programa şcolară, la clasele V-VIII, cuprinde o serie de elemente acrobatice cu caracter de echilibru. Lucrarea îşi propune să contribuie la îmbunătăţirea procesului instructiv-educativ al gimnastici acrobatice, din ciclul gimnazial, prin crearea exerciţiilor specifice dezvoltării echilibrului static şi dinamic, necesar în acest domeniu, utilizând cele mai importante procedee metodice, ţinând cont de particularităţile de vârstă şi condiţiile didactice şi materiale existente
