  Abstract:  Principiul lucrului bine făcut şi implicaţiile praxeologiei asupra pregătirii pentru competiţie. Această lucrare îşi propune tratarea din punct de vedere praxeologic a pregătirii pentru competiţia sportivă. Privită prin prisma "teoriei lucrului bine făcut", aceasta se poate realiza folosind cele mai adecvate metode în scopul obţinerii performanţei sportive, avându-se în vedere consumul minim de efort şi obţinerea randamentului maxim.
