Abstract:  Advice to Gymnasts and Trainers to Include the Mental Training, in a routine training system and competition. We recommend the day-to-day practise of mental representation for ten minutes. This routine can include the following steps: relaxation, simple exercises, repetition of strategy for competition, recreation of the positive experience and the mental programming of objectives pursued in competition. Another proper moment to use the mental representation is after competition when it helps the gymnast to review and have a better understanding of her performance. By practising the mental training during this phase more information related to the competition comes out. The feed-backs concerning the structure of exercise can be particularly efficient as through positive formulations they assume a character of instructions or guiding indications for actions.
