  Abstract:  The Motivator Role of the Coaches, Sport Teachers and Sport Instructors in Youth People Forming Like Sportsmen. Lately, we can deserve a coldness of youth from sport bases and arenas for other activities - not always nocive - which came in contradiction with “MENS SANA IN CORPORE SANO”. To get back to the arenas the young people, the most important is the motivational activity of the teachers, coaches and instructors which, with a new motivational philosophy, adapted to a concrete social-economical life in Romania, must inoculate to the youth, on one way, the love for sport - generally - and on the other site, the ambition, the desire to pull over their physical condition and the natural aptitudes in order to practice with more or less success one or another sport.
