  Abstract:

Although the temperature is a decisive factor of the separation methods, its systematic study requires solvation of numerous problems. The present results frequently are contradictory. In this paper is discussed in detail the temperature dependence of enantiomer separation by GC and SFC methods of some chiral compounds having essentially different chemical structures, are calculated and interpreted characteristic thermodynamic parameters of the processes, especially the differences of the normal (standard) free enthalpy, enthalpy and entropy changes, ΔBAΔG, ΔBAΔH and  ΔBAΔS.
