Abstract:  The separation of anhydrous natrium sulphate through salting-out crystallization with methanol and ethanol has been analysed and discussed. The equilibrium data for the systems natrium sulphate – water – methanol and natrium sulphate – water – ethanol at different temperatures have been reported. On the basis of selective solubility and mass balance the optimal mixing ratio inorganic phase/organic solvent and maximum potential for the best degree separation have been established.
