QUO VADIS HOMINI? THERAPEUTIC CLONING AND REPRODUCTIVE CLONING - THE PROMISE OF SCIENCE. Authors: ADRIAN-VASILE BIBARȚ. |

Abstract: The study takes a close look on the benefits of cloning for biomedical research in treating diseases and finding a genetic treatment for some of them, and also presents the moral questions raised by the use of cloning, especially the possible cloning-to-produce-children. We must draw a line and have an ethic approach of cloning, and we must respect nascent human life, which is not an object, but it is also true that cloning-for-biomedical-research is justified and morally acceptable, due to the human benefits of it. | |||||||
