Rezumat: This study explored if there is a difference in students’ career decision making confusion, commitment anxiety, and external anxiety (as measured by the Career Thoughts Inventory) after completing an eight week career exploration course, using a pre-post test format. The study also explored if there is a difference between regular admitted undecided students and underprepared undecided students. Data was analyzed using paired sample T-tests and one-way analysis of variance. The results indicate that this style of a career exploration course decreased undecided students’ decision making confusion and commitment anxiety. It did not decrease their external conflict.
