	Rezumat: On the Denotation of Questions. This article proposes an account of the denotation of questions within a framework formal semantics and of possible world semantics. After discussing some theoretical issues and assessing the relevance of different accounts, the article provides logical forms for direct and indirect questions and identifies their denotation with their answers. The denotation of questions is therefore viewed to be associated with the worlds in which the values of inquisitive words are actualized.
